The LBL Method: Your Bridge to the Superconscious

How LBL Differs from Past-Life Regression

In past-life regression, the practitioner guides you through experiences of a previous lifetime. LBL takes this considerably further — you are guided through the moment of death in a previous life, and then forward into the spirit world that Michael Newton documented across thousands of sessions.

What a Session Involves

A full LBL session is typically three to four hours. You enter a deep trance state, move through a past life to its end, then into the spirit world. Many clients describe recognizing their soul group, meeting personal spirit guides, and coming before the Council of Elders. The practitioner creates the conditions and asks open questions — they do not direct what you encounter.

Finding a Qualified Practitioner

The Newton Institute (TNI) trains and certifies LBL practitioners to a rigorous standard. TNI certification is not the same as general past-life regression training — the methodology, depth, and intention are distinct. Look for TNI certification and personal resonance with your guide.

Who This Work Is For

LBL is for those who feel a genuine pull toward understanding their soul’s larger story — particularly those navigating questions of purpose, grief, relationships, or a sense of crossroads. When the conditions are right and the guide is skilled, LBL offers direct personal experience of who you are beyond this single life.
