A collection of quotes by Maris Dreshmanis — founder of Reincarnatiopedia and the Academy of Reincarnationology, past-life regression practitioner for 17 years. Every quote carries its source and date: a publication, an interview or a conversation. Quotes are translated from Russian; the original is given on the Russian page. The collection is growing.
On reincarnation
“Clairvoyance and reincarnation are both a fact, not a question!”

On evidence and personal experience
“Stevenson spent his life collecting evidence, yet hardly anyone in psychology departments or among scientists knows of him. My way is not collecting evidence but increasing the number of people who have had personal experience of past-life regression hypnosis, and training specialists, so that a critical mass of people with personal experience builds up.”

On criticism and competence
“Criticizing Stevenson is like a critic criticizing a neurosurgeon without ever having seen the inside of a skull, yet holding an opinion.”

“A specialist can only be criticized by another specialist in the same field — not by philosophers and journalists who have not studied the subject themselves but still hold an opinion. Let critics spend decades in the field first and then criticize.”

On women
“Religious power has been privatized by men. There have been many Roman popes, and not a single Roman mom.”

“I believe the future of the planet belongs to women.”

These two sayings are the starting point of our guide Women in Religion: Patriarchy, Prophetesses and Spiritual Leaders.
